Sineaptic Limited Warranty

Sineaptic ("the Company") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when purchased directly from Sineaptic or an authorized Sineaptic reseller. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, if a covered defect arises, Sineaptic will, at its discretion, choose one of the following options:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  2. Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product.
  3. Provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price in exchange for return of the product.

This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, or external causes. Any unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of the product voids this warranty.

To obtain warranty service for covered defects during the warranty period, please contact Sineaptic's customer services, sending email to support@sineaptic.com. Prior to providing warranty service, Sineaptic may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or sales invoice.

This limited warranty grants you specific rights that may vary depending on the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Sineaptic. Sineaptic disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The liability of Sineaptic shall be limited to the original purchase price.
